Brecon Beacons
Stretching 42 miles from the border to Llandelio covering 520 sq miles the Brecon Beacon National Park is an international Dark Sky reserve with mountains and ridges, waterfalls and standing stones. Home to Pen Y Fan and Corn Dhu, the area has a rich history of mythology. Wild horses roam the hills.
Campsite Locations
We use a number of campsites in the Brecon Beacons allowing for a wide variety of routes to suit schools. The ridge walks offer panoramic views, while the valleys have forest and lakes to explore.
Camping in vans for Sam Sykes staff is not always possible due to requirements of expedition. You will be informed if this is the case.
