Open Gold Qualifier August 2024 Lakes

Join us on an exciting Gold qualifying expedition in the Lake District. The expedition is run over 5 days, and will be challenging, exploring some of the more remote fells and peaks. A good degree of hill fitness is required. You need to have completed your training and a practice in order to book on this, this can be either with your school, or another provider, but we will need details of this.

Campsite details and start location will be sent to you closer to the time. You need to arrive by 12.00 on the 26th of August . Collection is between 3pm and 4pm on the 30th of August.

Full details along with the consent and medical form and kit list will be sent to you via email after booking, so please ensure you fill in all the details correctly when booking.

We will provide tents, stoves, pans, gas, first aid kits, maps, compasses, roll mat and large rucksacks. Assessor reports are completed on your behalf and campsite fees are also included.

You need to bring food, clothing, waterproofs, sleeping bag, hiking boots, personal kit.
