A lot of the roads are popular with motorbikes. The B5056 is busy with quarry traffic.

The A6 is very fast, crossing needs to be supervised.

There are a number of rivers with swimming areas. Participants are not to swim.

Groups walk to this site from Barn Farm typically. Access is via the track that comes up from the minor road south of the farm, The track that is on the map that looks like it is access from the north across the field stops at a padlocked gate.
